Tonight’s show features the magnificent Ivo Graham, Fiona Allen, a special guest & Dave Ward

Ivo Graham

Despite extensive grooming for more serious careers at Eton and Oxford, Ivo (now 33) has spent his entire adult life on the stand-up circuit, winning So You Think You’re Funny? aged 18 in 2009 and since establishing himself as, if not the UK’s poshest, then certainly its most apologetically posh comedian. With a bumbling charm to snare audiences of all ages, he’s detailed the various developments in his relationships/neuroses over eight sell-out solo shows, including 2019’s The Game of Life, which received nominations for Best Show and Best Joke at that year’s Edinburgh Fringe. He’s appeared on TV comedies including Have I Got News for You, QI, The Last Leg, Mock the Week, and Live at the Apollo, quizzed with varying degrees of success on Pointless, House of Games, Mastermind, and University Challenge, and toured the country with Fern Brady and Darren Harriott for Dave’s six-part travelogue British as Folk in 2021. He’s earned his parents’ respect with appearances on Radio 4’s The Now Show, The News Quiz, Just a Minute, and the drama Unite, and his forthcoming panel show Ivo Graham’s Obsessions, and shoehorned Swindon Town references into many an episode of 5 Live’s Fighting Talk and BT Sport’s The Football’s On. In 2023 Ivo competed, energetically if not not successfully, on the fifteenth series of Channel 4’s Taskmaster, and making bold and arguably greedy intrusions into the world of theatre and clubnight producing.

Fiona Allen

Twice Emmy winning actor and comedian Fiona Allen has been a mainstay of our TV screens over the past two decades. She has starred in various sketch shows, most famously the iconic “Smack the Pony“. Fiona has also appeared in television dramas such as “Dalziel and Pascoe“, “Shameless“, “Coronation Street” and “Happiness” alongside Paul Whitehouse. On film, Fiona played Sandra in the film version of the famous Viz comic strip “Fat Slags“, and Smirgut the Fierce in “Gladiatress“. Most recently she has been in that little-known soap “Eastenders“…

Fiona won a whole new generation of fans in the second series of the hit E4 teenage drama “Skins“, playing Maxxie’s mum, Jackie Oliver (her on-screen hubby was Bill Bailey). She has also played the role of Georgia Stevenson in the BBC drama “Waterloo Road“, while often appearing as herself on comedy shows like “Mock the Week” and “8 Out Of 10 Cats“.

Special guest

We will be joined by a special guest with numerous accolades and TV credits. More details will be announced soon.

Dave Ward

David Ward is in demand as both an MC and headliner in stand up comedy clubs across the UK and Europe. He has supported a number of major TV stand up comedians on tour, including Lee Hurst and Tom Stade.

He is also in demand for his TV warm up work and has performed for the troops in Kuwait and the UAE. His spontaneity made him the choice host for the heats of the BBC’s New Comedy Awards and Channel 5’s So You Think You’re Funny?.

Please note the lineup may be subject to change. In rare circumstances where the lineup does change we will replace acts with similar artists. All tickets are purchased for the show and now to see particular comedians.
