Chuckl. proudly presents Swindon XL Comedy Club.

Our XL clubs showcase some of the biggest names in comedy alongside three of our favourite comedians off the telly... expect wall-to-wall laughs from comedians you know and love! Tonight’s Line up includes Dylan Moran, Andrew Maxwell, Laura Lexx & Esther Manito

Dylan Moran

He is perhaps best known for co-writing and starring in the critically acclaimed Channel 4 sitcom "Black Books," which garnered him two BAFTAs. But his success extends beyond this iconic show. Moran boasts a prolific career in television and live performances, consistently captivating audiences with his wit and charm.

Movie fans will recognize him from his roles in popular films like "Shaun of the Dead," "Run Fatboy Run," and "Notting Hill.”

Andrew Maxwell

As seen on Live At The Apollo (BBC One), Have I Got News For You (BBC One), Celebrity Juice (ITV2) and Mock The Week (BBC Two). He is also the voice of Get Your Tats Out: Kavos Inc (Channel 5).

Andrew is the recognisable voice of MTV’s hit show "Ex on the Beach" (which has ran for 9 series), and on Radio 4 as the host of Andrew Maxwell’s Public Enemies and as a regular on R4’s News Quiz. Having the ear of both the youth and older audience Andrew is best placed to get all ages to stand up and be counted. Last year he also won Celebrity Mastermind with the specialist subject of Lebanon (which he knew nothing about 6 months before the recording).

Esther Manito

As seen on Live At The Apollo (BBC), The Stand Up Sketch Show (ITV), Hypothetical (Dave) and heard on: BBC Sounds Russel Kane’s Evil Genius, co-hosting Radio 4 Extra's Newsjack Unplugged, CBBC Bitesize Parents, BBC'S Breaking the News and Russell Kane’s Boys Don’t Cry.

Esther’s hour #NotAllMen won best show at Leicester Comedy Festival 2021.

And MC Laura Lexx

Laura Lexx is an award-winning comedian and writer.
Laura’s credits include Live At The Apollo (BBC Two), Mock The Week (BBC Two), Hypothetical (Dave), Roast Battle (Comedy Central), The Dog Ate My Homework (CBBC), Fred At The Stand (BBC Radio 4), 4 Extra Stands Up (BBC Radio 4 Extra), The Comedy Club (BBC Radio 4 Extra), Breaking The News (BBC Radio Scotland) and The Good, The Bad & The Unexpected (BBC Radio Scotland).

Laura won Best MC in the 2017 Comic’s Comic Awards and was nominated as Best Compere in the 2016, 2017 & 2018 Chortle Comedy Awards.
